1. General

These terms govern all sales and services provided by us. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Orders become binding upon receipt of a signed purchase order. Prices are quoted in EUR. For buyers outside the eurozone, prices are automatically converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate; the EUR amount on the invoice is binding. Prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment: 100% prior to shipment by bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA).
For high-value imaging and surgical equipment (MRI systems, CT scanners, X-Ray systems, Operating Tables, Anesthesia Machines) a 50% deposit on order confirmation with 50% balance prior to shipment may be agreed upon request.

4. Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days for unused equipment in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods. Equipment must be installed and operated by qualified personnel.
