Standard 12-Month Warranty
All equipment comes with a minimum 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use conditions.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects and material failures
- Electronic and mechanical component failures
- Software and firmware issues on digital equipment
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage from misuse or accidents
- Normal wear and tear (probes, cables, consumables)
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Claim Process
Contact service@clinitrade.com with your order number, equipment model/serial, and a description of the fault. We respond within 48 hours.
